Eastside Youth Wrestling is committed to training and developing the best young wrestlers in SC. We provide a disciplined, teaching atmosphere to local youth (K-8th) who are interested in learning wrestling fundamentals, staying in shape and having fun. Kids of all skill levels are encouraged to participate in our program.
Parents - Thank you for your interest in Eastside Youth Wrestling. Practices are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM in the new wrestling building at Eastside High School.
Eastside Youth Wrestling participates in the South Carolina Youth Wrestling Association -SCYWA:
SCYWA - Team Palmetto Wrestling is a non- profit organization! SCYWA desires to invest in South Carolina youth wrestling by providing unprecedented opportunities to compete at state and national levels. Membership fees will be utilized to further South Carolina youth wrestling at a “grass roots” level. SCYWA encourages and promotes the involvement of all coaches and clubs. We feel SCYWA is to be run and directed by and from coaches from all areas of the state. Ultimately, we will strive to develop South Carolina wrestlers that will go on to compete at national level tournaments, and continue their wrestling careers past a high school level.
Please print and complete the following Wrestler Information Sheet and bring to your first practice. Park on the side of the building closest to Kimbrell Road.
